When do Golden Retrievers shed their puppy coats?

Have you ever noticed how incredibly soft a Golden puppy coat is? Their fur feels like those expensive soft faux blankets you can get at a HomeGoods store. Most owners would love if their puppies could keep that soft puppy undercoat, but unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Shina Inus shed their puppy coats around 4 months, but anytime between 3-6 months is normal. Their adult coats may take some time to grow in, sometimes up to 9 months or a year old.

What is Golden Retriever shedding season?
